Material on covey: the mark, a short description, key facts and screenshots. Everything here may be used for reporting on covey.
Short description
Two lengths, both ready to take.
One line
covey runs AI agents like employees: with an identity of their own, an isolated workplace, time-limited access, a task list, memory and central oversight.
One paragraph
covey is a platform that manages AI agents like employees of an organisation. Every agent has an identity, an isolated workplace, access that is established only while it works and applies only to the task at hand, a task list and a place in the org chart. What it does is recorded; what it costs is counted. What it may do is set by the platform and not by its prompt.
covey does not replace an agent framework, it operates one: the loop the language model works in stays the business of the tool underneath, which is attached through a narrow interface and is therefore replaceable. The software is run in house — a Go program next to a Postgres database, open source under the AGPL-3.0.
Key facts
- Licence: AGPL-3.0 — running, changing and passing it on are all permitted.
- Operation: in your own house, on your own machine, with your own keys.
- Technology: one Go binary beside one Postgres database, Docker for the sandboxes.
- Source: public on GitHub, including the plugin SDK and the plugin catalogue.
- Status: past a first prototype, in beta — access to the hosted version through the waiting list.
Mark and wordmark
Two versions of one mark: on the tile for icons and browser tabs, free-standing where it appears beside the word. Please do not distort it, do not recolour it and do not place it on a busy background. covey is always written in lower case.
Download the press kitZIP, about 430 kB — the mark in every version, screenshots, and a note on usage.
Screenshots
From the running interface, not mocked up.
