What is Covey?

Covey is an enterprise platform that treats AI agents like employees — with their own identity, an isolated workspace, brokered access, a backlog and a place in the org chart. The guiding metaphor: the platform is the IT and HR department for AI agents.

The organization is the unit

Covey's unit is the organization, not the individual user. That is what sets Covey apart from single-user "AI employee" apps. A company runs Covey to manage and govern its entire agent workforce — with several human roles (IT, team leads, security/compliance, auditor, controlling), central governance and a company-wide org chart. Agents are organization-owned resources, not personal assistants.
